Linda Capcara | Chief Influencer, Founder | linda.capcara@techthinq.com 

With over 25 years experience in communications for technology companies, Linda worked for both global corporations such as Motorola and Intel and global agencies including Brodeur Partners and LVA Communications.

In 2010, she founded TechTHiNQ, where she provides strategic direction and manages operations. She's also personally involved in providing marketing, public relations and executive communications counsel to client CEOs and senior executives.

Linda holds a master's of arts in mass communications from Arizona State University's (ASU's) prestigious Walter Cronkite School, a bachelor's of science in business administration from ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business, and an associate’s in electronic engineering from Columbus Technical Institute.  Linda is a champion of diversity and women's rights and loves to hike with her friends.


Alec Robertson | Account Director | alec.robertson@techthinq.com

As Account Director at TechTHINQ, Alec manages all aspects of client service. His responsibilities include developing content marketing strategies, writing compelling content, securing coverage for client news in a diverse range of outlets and building audience engagement in social media channels.

Alec has experience in a wide-range of industries and has succeeded as a technology marketer for companies focused in engineering, SaaS, aerospace, e-commerce and more, at both a local and national level.

Born in Rochester, New York, Alec graduated from Point Park University in Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising. He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his adorably pathetic Pitbull, River. Alec's approach to life and work can be summed up in a quote from motivational speaker, Zig Ziglar, “The real opportunity for success lies in the person and not in the job.”


Randy Frank | Technical Writer | Randy.Frank@TechThinq.com

Randy focuses on technical writing and editing for a variety of electronic topics. In addition to helping TechTHiNQ clients, he is currently a contributing editor for Design World magazine.

At Motorola Semiconductor, he was actively involved in the introduction of highly integrated pressure sensors and accelerometers that use microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology as well as establishing Motorola’s smart power products. Randy has three patents issued in the semiconductor packaging area.

Previously, Randy was responsible for the development of the first engine control systems including all of the sensing aspects for America Motors and Jeep vehicles, now part of the Chrysler Group. During that time, he taught Advanced Instrumentation and Control at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Randy is a Fellow in both the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the IEEE and author of the book Understanding Smart Sensors, 3rd Edition that was released in 2013.
